Signature Rehab is recruiting a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Signature HealthCARE. You will help residents recover, work with a multidisciplinary care team, and support return to daily activities in a Skilled Nursing setting.

The role is PRN with flexible scheduling. We seek an associate degree PTA with an active state license and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid PTA license in the state where services are rendered.
