Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support treatment plans and patient progress in a clinical setting.

You will assist in implementing individualized plans of care, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of a PT following an individualized plan of care.
• Document patient responses and progress after each session.
• Communicate with the PT, rehab director, and staff to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment and achieves functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement PT treatment programs based on patient needs with PT guidance.
• Assist patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses in charts.
• Provide continuous communication with PT and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard PT equipment.

In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
