Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
2. Developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs with the assistance of a physical therapist.
3. Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
4. Discussing treatment with patients and recording patient conditions and responses after each visit.
5. Providing continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
6. Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
