Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with assistance from a physical therapist.
• Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discussing treatment with patients and recording patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
• Providing continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors, or Rehab staff, and facility staff.
• Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
