Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Evanston, IL. Working under a Physical Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patients through all phases of therapy.

You will document patient responses, communicate with the treating PT, director or rehab staff, and operate standard therapy equipment to achieve excellent functional outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With the assistance of a physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
