Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in carrying out individualized plans of care and support patients toward functional goals.

You will participate in implementing programs, document patient responses, coordinate with therapists and staff, and help operate standard therapy equipment to deliver quality care.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With guidance of Physical Therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
