Job summary

Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN shifts in Huntsville, AL, to support our therapy team in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services to residents.

You'll assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities, implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Implement treatment plans developed by our Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.

We’re looking for a talented PTA to join our dynamic therapy team in Huntsville, AL in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This position is for PRN with flexible shifts, including weekends.

Pay: $38.00 - 40.00/ hour based on experience

Schedule: PRN

What You’ll Do:
