Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with the guidance of a physical therapist.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each session.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
