Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Masters' or Bachelor's plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

• Evaluates and treats patients to restore function and mobility.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, and progress concisely and timely.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care team; supports discharge planning.
