• EDUCATION - Masters' or Bachelors plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats and monitors patient; modifies therapy goals.
• Performs thorough clinical documentation; enters charges; knows reimbursement.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, coworkers and medical team; provides education to patients and staff.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review and evidence-based practice.
• Imparts knowledge to develop clinical skills of colleagues; adheres to guidelines.
• Maintains awareness of system goals; aligns personal goals to system goals.
