PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Sylacauga, AL is seeking an Acute Care Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care and develop individualized treatment plans in a hospital setting. This PRN role requires building strong patient, family, and team relationships to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include establishing timely treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and care teams, and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.

Formación

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Hospital/Clinic Address: 315 W Hickory St, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist

Compensation

Pay Range: $55.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
