Job summary

Concentra is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in our Georgia center. You will evaluate and treat patients with diverse disabilities and work closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include planning PT programs, documenting treatment, educating patients, and participating in professional development. A strong commitment to quality and patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care and evaluate muscle, skeletal, and neurological issues.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with QA policies, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients and other departments.
• Plan and implement PT treatment programs to maximize recovery.
• Educate patients on proper use of supports and exercises.
• Assist in clinical instruction and education of students.
