Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an individualized physical therapy program to maximize patient progress toward functional goals.
• Assess, treat, plan and educate patients; communicate progress with the care team.
