• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.

QualificationsMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.
