Covenant Living at the Samarkand in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, with potential to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Screening requirements may vary by location.
