Job summary

Nelson Care Center in Alexandria, MN, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, and revise care plans as supervised by a physician, with opportunities to discharge plans and adjust treatments based on patient progress.

Qualifications include a PT degree from an accredited program, active state licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
