Job summary

Functional Pathways invites a PRN Physical Therapist to join Westwood Ridge by Vivie and surrounding facilities in the Metro Minneapolis/Saint Paul area.

In this role you will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, collaborating with a compassionate therapy team across our senior living communities. A PT license and strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
