IRL is seeking a PRN Phlebotomy Tech I. Hours will be accomplished between 7:00am-8:30pm Monday - Thursday and between 7:00am - 5:30pm on Fridays.


Job Responsibilities:





    • Performs phlebotomy draws

    • Perform computer data entry and other clerical task as required

    • Order, receive and distribute supplies

    • Responds to basic phlebotomy inquiries and otherwise represent assigned and related work areas.





Minimum Eligibility Requirements:



  • High school graduation or equivalent


Desired Qualifications:



  • Completion of a phlebotomy training program or previous phlebotomy experience is desirable.

  • Minimum 6 months previous experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable.

  • Basic computer skills are desirable.

  • Previous experience with Personal Protective Equipment is desirable.

  • Previous patient contact experience is desirable.


Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any conviction history and will be subject to a criminal background check and credential/education verification. Up to 5 professional references will be requested at a later step in the recruitment process. If applicable, internal references will be conducted with approval from the candidate. This position is not eligible for University sponsorship or employment authorization.
