Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a PRN Phlebotomist to support biometric screenings at various locations. You will perform venipuncture and fingerstick collections, conduct biometric assessments, and ensure smooth event operations with a patient-first approach.

Flex scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for leadership roles are offered; travel is required to multiple client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy CPT certification current.
• Valid state licensure where required.
• Proven blood collection and biometric measurement experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to ease patients.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual abilities are valued but not required.
• Comfort using iPad for data entry and record-keeping.
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous and capillary blood collections with care.
• Conduct biometric assessments using CardioChek+ devices.
• Create comfortable, patient-centered screening experiences.
• Maintain meticulous specimen handling and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to run seamless events.
• Travel to client locations for on-site screenings.
