Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a PRN Phlebotomist to support biometric screenings across client sites nationwide. You will perform venipuncture and fingerstick collections, conduct biometric assessments, and ensure patient-centered care during health screenings.

Responsibilities include assisting with registration, setting up equipment, traveling between locations, and using CardioChek+ in the field. CPT certification, CPR, and valid licensure are required, with flexible daytime, evening, and weekend

Qualifications

• Current Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification or equivalent.
• Valid state licensure where required.
• Proven expertise in blood collection techniques and biometric measurements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that put patients at ease.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team.
• Bilingual abilities are valued (not required).
• Strong tech skills; comfortable using iPads for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and fingerstick collections with a patient-centered approach.
• Conduct biometric assessments using CardioChek+ technology.
• Travel to various client locations to deliver screening services.
• Set up and tear down equipment; assist with registration and screening as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and specimen handling.
