Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in handling records.
• Answer phones promptly with professional etiquette.
• Keep a clean, organized work area to maximize efficiency.
• Assist pharmacist with processing, filling, labeling, and dispensing.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage orders/returns.
• Obtain authorization for services; verify insurance and communicate with patients.
• Enter prescriptions and manage related data in computer systems.
• Maintain temperature logs and clean equipment per policy.
