Curant Health Georgia LLC is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team in El Paso, TX. The role centers on managing the prescription fulfillment process within the pharmacy and serving as a link between patients, physicians, and the pharmacy.

The position involves quality assurance activities, HIV regimen reviews, drug interactions, and drug utilization reviews, with daily dispensing and counseling duties using Pioneer Rx and MedPlan. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail or mail-order pharmacy environment.
• 340B knowledge is a plus.
• HIPAA/ Patient Confidentiality Guidelines knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily dispensing and quality assurance prior to fulfillment.
• Review HIV regimens, drug interactions and drug utilization reviews.
• Handle filling/dispensing of medications and prescription pre-check in MedPlan.
• Communicate with distribution centers, point of sale and patients for counseling.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality assurance issues.
• Maintain compliance with URAC, ACHC and NABP standards.
