Job summary

NeighborHealth Center is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to provide safe, patient-centered pharmaceutical care at our onsite 340B pharmacy. The position supports operations during staffing shortages, vacations, weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.

You will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and ensure regulatory and 340B compliance while maintaining PHI and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school.
• Current, valid pharmacist license in the practicing state.
• Immunization certification required or to be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Counsel patients on medications, adherence, and safety.
• Administer immunizations and provide clinical services.
• Conduct MTM reviews and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and 340B program requirements.
