You will supervise workflow in the absence of the PIC, dispense medications, and maintain accurate records while ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a School of Pharmacy with PharmD or Baccalaureate degree.
• Current and valid licensure by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy rules and professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Distribute, label and dispense medications accurately and promptly.
• Perform computer order-entry and supervise staff activities.
• Ensure patient care standards across all ages and patient safety.
• Maintain records for medications and supplies and support CQI efforts.
• Engage in direct patient care, education and cost-effective therapy.
