Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacist to provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy at Bellaire, TX. This part-time role focuses on building and maintaining a capable pharmacy team through hiring, training, staff development, and scheduling.

You will oversee operations to support patient care, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery, while contributing to fiscal responsibility through revenue generation and expense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Registered Pharmacist with Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• 2 years total pharmacy experience preferred
• 1–2 years management experience preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to compose professional reports
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, staff leadership, and patient safety
• Regulatory compliance and fiscal responsibility experience
• Analytical and mathematics skills
• Medical terminology and research skills
• Computer proficiency and word processing abilities

About the Position

Harris Health is seeking a Sup Pharmacist to provide leadership and support for the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy.

In this role, you will help build and maintain a highly capable pharmacy team through hiring, training, staff development, and scheduling. You will oversee pharmacy operations and processes to support excellent patient care, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery.

The Supervisor Pharmacist also plays an important role in maintaining fiscal responsibility by supporting appropriate revenue generation and expense management. This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who combines clinical pharmacy expertise with strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills.
