Valor Healthcare is seeking a PRN/Per diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Cookeville, TN. We offer a competitive rate, flexibility, and the opportunity to serve our nation's heroes.

Position Summary

The Primary Care NP or PA diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries, providing preventive and therapeutic care for Veteran patients, including chronic disease management. The role involves collaboration with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and adherence to VA guidelines.

Schedule

Work based on your availability, covering clinic hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Current BLS and DEA certification.
• Strong computer and EMR skills.
