Everleap Fertility in Waltham, MA is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) to support fertility treatment cycles. The role offers per diem flexibility and a chance to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients build families.

The ideal candidate has nursing licensure and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with fertility or OB/GYN exposure preferred. Schedule is per diem, typically weekdays mornings, with occasional holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or infertility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing fertility treatments (ART and OI).
• Educate and support patients throughout their fertility journey with compassion and clinical expertise.
• Assist with patient monitoring, treatment coordination, and procedures during high-volume cycles.
• Support procedural and recovery care in OR/PACU settings as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive patient experience and team culture.
• Perform other duties to support patient care and clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred Qualifications

• Fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or infertility experience
• Women's health or OB/GYN nursing experience
• OR, PACU, procedural, ambulatory surgery, or outpatient clinic experience
• Experience providing patient education and care coordination

Schedule

Per diem, based on clinic and batch cycle needs

Typical schedule during batch weeks: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM-2:45 PM

Occasional weekday holiday coverage may be required based on patient treatment schedules

What You'll Do

As a Clinical RN, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional fertility care while supporting patients through every stage of treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Ovulation Induction (OI)
• Educate and support patients throughout their fertility journey with compassion and clinical expertise
• Assist with patient monitoring, treatment coordination, and clinical procedures during high-volume treatment cycles
• Support procedural and recovery care in OR/PACU settings as needed
• Partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryologists, laboratory staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Contribute to a positive, supportive patient experience and collaborative team culture
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care, clinical excellence, and operational needs of the practice.
