Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Florida physical therapist license eligibility/active.
• Pediatric clinical experience required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric PT evaluations and treatment with standardized assessments.
• Assess gross motor development, strength, balance, mobility, and gait.
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, evidence-based treatment.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations.
• Coordinate with other providers for adaptive equipment and services.
• Develop discharge plans to support continued progress.
• Collaborate with other therapists to support coordinated care.
• Communicate findings and progress with families and care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, developmentally appropriate environment.
• Complete timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
