Job summary

Little Champs Therapy & Yoga in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children in home and clinic settings.

You will evaluate, treat, and document progress, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and tailor plans to each child’s developmental goals while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate families on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and home programs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Boca Raton. In this role, you will provide specialized pediatric physical therapy services that enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for children with diverse needs. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play an essential role in helping our young clients reach their fullest potential.
