Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join our team as a PRN Pediatric Hospitalist at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois. The role includes a mix of pediatric hospitalist duties and Level II Nursery coverage with two weekends per month, from Friday evening through Monday morning.

The on-call time requires a 20-minute response, with newborn nursery care and pediatric inpatient consultation supported by subspecialty services.

Qualifications

• BE/BC pediatrician with hospitalist experience.
• Procedural experience including neonatal intubation and line placement.
• Inpatient consultation and Level II Nursery coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide newborn nursery care and pediatric inpatient coverage as needed.
• Join a team with access to subspecialty consultation and transfer services.
