Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification is required.

• Certification of Added Qualification in Psychiatry is required for physician assistants.
• Post-graduate residency in psychiatry and related clinical practice or coursework is required per division/board guidelines.
• Minimum of 10,000 hours of clinical practice in mental health.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license (or ability to obtain).
• BLS certification and DEA registration are required.
• Visa sponsorship considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities
