• Certified Medical Assistant program, or equivalent.
• Nursing student who documents completion of the first semester of a Nursing Program, or equivalent.
• Documented military experience as a medic/corpsman, or equivalent.
• Foreign Nursing graduate not currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S, or equivalent.
• EMT Certification/Paramedic License is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Technician assists with patient care to provide support to the patient, nursing unit and professional staff under the direction of the professional staff.
