Qualifications

• Nurses Aide I certificate required; NC Dept. of Facilities Services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Minimum one year in acute care setting preferred (unit secretary or Nurse Aide I).
• Able to organize confidential clerical tasks and patient care despite interruptions.
• Able to relate effectively to patients, families, physicians, staff and others.
• Must demonstrate age-appropriate care knowledge.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
