Job summary

Rehab of Kansas City South in Kansas City, MO is hiring PRN and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide compassionate nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment, assess residents, administer medications, and participate in individualized care planning.

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in Missouri or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
Nursing facility experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
Document nursing care and status changes accurately.
Collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to support positive outcomes.
Follow state/federal regulations, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
