Job summary

Andalusia Health in Alabama is assembling an Emergency Medicine team. BC/BE in EM preferred; FM acceptable. The ED handles 50–60 patients daily and operates within a Level III trauma designation. Staffing overlaps include daytime physician coverage 7a–7p and night physician 7p–7a plus an APP 11a–11p. Positions offer PSA (1099) or employed options.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Family Medicine Board Certification acceptable if EM trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour shifts in the Emergency Department.
• Manage a high patient volume (50–60 patients per day).
• Work in a Level III trauma setting with overlapping staffing for day and night shifts.
