Practicing Emergency Medicine physicians, current fellows, and residents completing training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.
The published base rate begins at approximately $220 per hour, with additional earning potential through shift differentials, bonuses, and incentives.
Based on an average of 14 monthly shifts consisting of 9- and 10-hour shifts, estimated annual base compensation is approximately $333,000-$370,000, before differentials and incentive compensation.
