United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a PRN PACU Registered Nurse (RN) at Prince William Surgery Center. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients recovering from surgical procedures and offers flexibility with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing with an active RN license in Virginia and experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred. USPI provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients post-operatively in the PACU, assessing vital signs, pain levels, and overall recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the recovery area.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care instructions and potential complications.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in the PACU.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.

Prince William Surgery Center is seeking a PRN PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The PRN PACU RN will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from surgical procedures in our multispecialty surgery center. This position offers flexibility with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients post-operatively in the PACU, assessing vital signs, pain levels, and overall recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the recovery area.
