Concentra is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our per diem team in Vermont, providing flexible, patient-centered care across locations such as Barre and Burlington. You will assess patients, deliver treatments, and collaborate with an expert team to ensure exceptional service.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, problem solving, and a commitment to patient comfort. Schedule is generally day shifts with opportunities for ongoing PRN assignments.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction for clinical duties.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• PA-C or NP degree from accredited institution.
• Board Certification.
• NRCME required prior to start date; CME provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatments as part of a clinician team.
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care continuity.
