Job summary

Eagle View Behavioral Health in Bettendorf, Iowa seeks an Outpatient Therapist I (PRN) to join a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, discharge planning, and coordination with community resources; master’s degree required with licensure eligibility and experience with diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology is required.
• Requires at least one year of experience as a therapist with all age groups.
• Clinical interviewing and assessment using DSM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment.
• Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention to patients and families in acute distress.
• Coordinate post-hospitalization planning and linkage to community resources.
