Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• At least one year of experience as a therapist with all age groups.
• Licensure as a professional therapy provider or eligibility for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients and coordinate needed services.
• Conduct individual, group or family therapy sessions as part of the treatment plan.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources.
