Job summary

Sequoia Care in Florida is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team. You’ll assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of Florida (required).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Deliver direct treatment in senior living settings.
• Address speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Educate and train residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Document resident progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
