Results Physiotherapy, part of Ascension - Saint Thomas and the Upstream Rehabilitation family, is hiring PRN physical therapists for outpatient orthopedics in Franklin, TN. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team.

This PRN role offers flexible weekday/weekend hours with opportunities to transition into full-time or part-time roles while staying focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN (as needed) coverage at a single location, or float across multiple clinic locations in Franklin/Brentwood/surrounding areas
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high‑quality, outcomes‑driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values‑driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available
