Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in San Fernando, CA is seeking a compassionate, driven Outpatient Physical Therapist for PRN coverage. Location: 500 San Fernando Mission Blvd, Ste 100, San Fernando, CA 91307.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with a 12:00 PM–5:00 PM window and optional morning coverage at the Sylmar clinic. The role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation, evaluating and documenting progress, and staying compliant with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current State license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document
• Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations
• Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians
• Participate in team meetings
