Job summary

SnapCare is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in San Fernando, CA. The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions.

Outpatient experience is required and new graduates will not be considered. The PT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy services, and ensure documentation meets provider and insurer requirements.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience required; no new graduates.
