Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing and modifying treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on strength, mobility, balance, endurance, flexibility, and pain management.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-management.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the Physical Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active PTA license in Michigan
• BCLS certification
• Understanding of therapeutic techniques used in physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively

Preferred:

• 1-2 years outpatient experience
• Passion for patient rehabilitation goals
