Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient Orthopedics in Nolensville, TN. You’ll provide PRN coverage, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to help patients regain movement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active/pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN coverage at a single location or float across Nolensville/Franklin clinics.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a team environment.
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers.
• Continue education and development through Upstream’s programs.
