Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support outpatient orthopedics in Goodlettsville, TN. You will develop individualized care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
