Job summary

Creative Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility with Assisted Living in Winter Haven, FL. You will work with a diverse care team to implement and adjust therapy plans that improve patients' physical function and quality of life.

Qualified applicants must hold a Valid State OTA License and be able to contribute to ongoing patient education, progress documentation, and collaboration with physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
