Qualifications

• OTA program from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or certification as an OTA.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and daily activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress; ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with OT and healthcare professionals; participate in team meetings as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safety; manage therapy equipment and environment.
• Assist with scheduling and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
