Sierra Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Colorado. You will provide dedicated occupational therapy services to our residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team, helping improve their daily living skills and quality of life.

Eligible candidates must hold a current CO OT license. Prior post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus. Competitive hourly rate with benefits for full-time roles and growth opportunities will be discussed at booking.
